The Agility Dog Club of NSW Inc is a non-profit organisation formed to help provide Agility facilities needed in this growing sport. We encourage pure and mixed breeds. Our aim is to provide an atmosphere, through agility, for all handlers with their dogs to have fun and to have the option to compete in various trials which are held through out Australia.

What is Agility? Agility is a sport where you and your dog work as a team to compete against other (competitors) teams over a set obstacle course. There are usually two types of courses, Jumping course and Agility (contact) course. These are designed by the Judge for each event. A course time is set by Judge and penalties are awarded for faults such as refusal to obstacles, knocking bars off hurdles etc. and exceeding the course time set by the Judge. A Pass is awarded for completing the course within the set time and without faults There are 3 classes for which Titles are awarded by the New South Wales Canine Council for Agility and Jumping. See below for more information.
